Second Round Results Get Acrobat Reader

HONOLULU - Junior Ashley Freeman carded an even-par 72 on Tuesday as Texas A&M climbed into third place after two rounds of the Dr. Donnis Thompson Invitational at Kanehoe Klipper Golf Course.

A&M (306-301=607) trails leader Idaho (598) by nine strokes going into Wednesday's final round. Kansas State is in second at 606.

A&M senior Lauren Johnson (71-76=147) and sophomore Sarah Zwartynski (74-73=147) are tied for third in the individual standings, three shots behind Idaho's Kayla Mortellaro, who leads at 69-75=144.

Freeman is tied for 13th (80-72=152). Also for A&M, sophomore Stephanie Smith is tied for 42nd (81-80=161) and freshman Kaitlin Hovda is tied for 51st (82-82=164).
