COLLEGE STATION, Texas - The 10th-ranked Texas A&M baseball team (18-9) looks to extend its five-game win streak on Tuesday when the Aggies host two-time defending Southland Conference champion UTSA (15-10) at Olsen Field. First pitch is set for 6:35 p.m.

A&M, which sits in first place in the Big 12 after a three-game sweep of Kansas this past weekend, averages 6.7 runs per contest and is hitting .281 on the year. The Aggies have hit 32 home runs, driven in 161 and swiped 41 bases. The pitching staff's 4.15 ERA is fourth best in the Big 12 and its 278 strikeouts leads the conference.

The Roadrunners lost the final two games of a series with A&M-Corpus Christi in San Antonio last weekend, but have won five of their last seven as they head to College Station. UTSA sports a .315 average with 30 home runs, 181 RBIs and 26 stolen bases, and is averaging 8.5 runs per game. The pitching staff sports a 6.01 ERA and is allowing 6.9 runs per contest.

Junior Clayton Ehlert (1-0, 6.11 ERA) will make his fourth start of the year and is scheduled to face UTSA freshman left-hander Marc Gomez (1-0, 5.75).

The Aggies lead the all-time series, 17-8, and have won three straight. Last year A&M rallied for a 5-4 victory at San Antonio's Wolff Stadium that began a 13-game win streak.
