Pollock and Krajicek are one of the top eight seeds in the 32-team field and will contend with No. 16-ranked Antoine Benneteau and Joey Burkhardt of Florida. Last season, the Aggie tandem reached the NCAA doubles semifinals for the first time in school history by way of upsetting the No. 1 team in the country from Virginia. They turned in the program's first 20-win season in doubles since 2003 with a 9-7 victory at the top of the lineup over top-ranked Jonas Berg and Bram ten Berge of Ole Miss in the NCAA Sweet 16 on May 14.

Individually, Conor Pollock continues play in the 2009 NCAA Division I Singles Championships as he takes on No. 86-ranked Damon Gooch of Elon today at noon (CT). The individual tournament concludes on Monday, May 25 with the men's and women's singles and doubles finals. This is the third overall time A&M has hosted the NCAA Tennis Championships (first for the men's and women's combined) next to the men's championships in 2002 and 2005.
