College Station - Texas A&M track and field, double Midwest Region team champions for the second consecutive year, will have a practice session on Wednesday evening that is open to the public.
Starting at 7 p.m. the Aggie squad that has qualified for the NCAA Championships, to be held June 10-13, will have a practice session at the Frank G. Anderson Track and Field complex, which is located across the street from Olson Field.
NCAA Championship Field
A total of six Texas A&M track and field athletes and a women's relay were added to the NCAA Championship field on Tuesday through at-large selections for those competitors who finished among the top 12 during the region meets held this past weekend.
Competing with the slew of automatic qualifiers the Aggies earned during the Midwest Region will be Christina Munoz (10,000), Angela Thomas (triple jump), Sandy Wooten, Jessica Beard, Tiffany Singleton, Brittany Machacek).
