Fans can purchase individual game tickets for every Texas A&M home football game beginning on Tuesday, Aug. 4 with the exception of the Thanksgiving contest against Texas.
The Texas A&M athletics department has announced the "Texas Three Step" allowing fans to purchase tickets to the Texas game in addition to purchasing tickets to two other Aggie home games. Fans still have the opportunity to purchase Aggie football season tickets for as low as $250. Some 4,000 discounted season tickets are available within Kyle Field. Bench seating season tickets are $399.
"One of the great things about purchasing a season ticket, whether full price or discounted, is the opportunity to keep the same seat for all home games," Sr. Associate Athletic Director Jeff Schmahl said. "The season tickets will be filled first, followed by the 'Texas Three Step' before individual requests are filled if any remain."
Factoring in the 30,000 students allotted for the 12th Man at Kyle Field, season ticket sales are over 60,000 entering the month of August.
The Texas A&M athletic ticket office is located at the northwest corner of the Zone at Kyle Field, or via the web at AggieAthletics.com and click on tickets, or call 1-888-99-AGGIE (888-992-4443) or local 979-845-2311.
Texas A&M opens the 2009 season at home against New Mexico with kickoff set for 6 p.m. central.
