BREMERTON, Wash. - The No. 12-ranked Texas A&M men's golf team opened with rounds of 302-300=602 on Sunday and is in 10th place at the Ping-Golfweek Preview at Gold Mountain Golf Club's Olympic Course.

The Aggies trail leader and top-ranked Oklahoma State (577) by 25 strokes going into Monday's final round. No. 2 Washington is in second (589), 12 shots behind the Cowboys.

OSU's Peter Uihlein is the individual leader by three strokes after posting a four-under 69-71=140. LSU's Andrew Loupe is in second at 73-70=143.

A&M freshman Andrea Pavan is tied for 61st (82-74=156) and junior John Hurley is tied for 71st (79-80=159).

"We weren't competitive in any aspect of the game today," A&M Coach J.T. Higgins said. "Our short game was poor but that was because our course management was even worse. We were in the wrong places all day and that made it pretty much impossible to score. I'm proud of Cameron and Geoff; I just wish they were getting a little help from the upperclassmen."

No. 9 Southern California (592) and No. 18 LSU (592) are tied for third, followed by No. 5 Arizona State (593), No, 16 North Carolina State (598), No. 13 UNLV (598), No. 4 Alabama (600), New Mexico (601), A&M (602), No. 21 Chattanooga (603), Kent State (604), Colorado State (605), No. 19 TCU (609) and Indiana (620).
