SAN ANTONIO - The No. 15-ranked Texas A&M women's golf team will compete at the Alamo Invitational Monday and Tuesday at Briggs Ranch Golf Club.
In addition to A&M, the 12-team field includes No. 7 Tennessee, Baylor, Middle Tennessee State, Mississippi, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, SMU, Texas State, host UTSA and Wisconsin.
Live scoring is available online at www.GolfStat.com.
Representing A&M will be seniors Ashley Freeman and Julia Boland, junior Sarah Beth Davis and Chloe Garner.
The Aggies are coming off a strong fourth-place finish Oct. 11 at the Tar Heel Invitational in North Carolina. Davis tied for sixth individually in that event. Boland leads the Aggies with a 73.43 stroke average.
"We are excited to play in the state of Texas," A&M Coach Trelle McCombs said. "It feels like we are playing at home. With the men's team winning at Briggs Ranch last week, we are hoping to make it a clean sweep for A&M in San Antonio."
