COLLEGE STATION, Texas - The 20th-ranked Texas A&M soccer team learned Monday night that it secured its 15th consecutive bid to the NCAA Tournament and will make the trip to Baton Rouge, La., to take on Memphis in the first round Friday at 4 p.m.

The Aggies captured an at-large bid after finishing runner-up in the Big 12 regular season and tournament and go into the NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Championship with a 14-6-2 record.

Host school and No. 4 seed LSU faces Arkansas-Pine Bluff at 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 13. The two winners of Friday's games meet in the second round Sunday at 1 p.m.

Memphis (16-6-0) was an automatic qualifier after being crowned the Conference USA Champions. The Lady Tigers posted a 3-0 victory over ninth-ranked UCF Sunday for the title.

Similar to the Aggies, LSU (14-4-4) earned an at-large bid after finishing second in the Southeastern Conference regular season and tournament.

Arkansas-Pine Bluff (12-6-4) is making its first appearance in the tournament as an automatic qualifier from the Southwestern Athletic Conference.

Two teams from the Big 12 made the 64-team bracket including A&M and Oklahoma State who earned an automatic bid by winning the Big 12 Tournament on this past Sunday.

The NCAA Tournament continues with third round action Nov. 20, 21 or 22 and quarterfinal play on Nov. 27, 28 or 29. The College Cup is set for Dec. 4 and 6 at the Aggie Soccer Stadium.

"It's a tough road," said A&M head coach G Guerrieri. "It's going to be a difficult first round match and if we get past that there are no easy ones at all. We have to win four games to get home and a lot of teams don't have that option; they are on the road the whole time and all the way through. We have a big carrot at the end knowing that the national semifinals and finals are going to be right here in Aggieland."

More information on tickets will be announced later this week on AggieAthletics.com.
