CATHEDRAL CITY, Calif. - The No. 19 Texas A&M softball team's final game of the Cathedral City Classic against No. 10 Stanford was cancelled this morning at the Big League Dreams Sports Park.
Rain showers at game time subsided shortly after, but the field was unplayable and the Aggies and Cardinal were unable to get a full game in before their flight this afternoon.
The Aggies return to College Station and begin a 13-game homestand on Wednesday, March 3 against Houston. First pitch is set for 6:30 p.m. The Aggies follow with back-to-back home tournaments and host a midweek doubleheader with Texas A&M Corpus Christi in between.
