COLLEGE STATION, Texas - The 23rd-ranked Texas A&M baseball team faces its final test before Big 12 play begins when the Aggies host Centenary on Tuesday evening at Olsen Field. First pitch is set for 6:35 p.m.

Winners of 10 of its last 11 games, A&M (13-3) is coming off a 4-1 week which saw the Aggies take two of three from then 25th-ranked Washington State in an entertaining series at Olsen Field. As a team, Texas A&M enters the week hitting .330 with 14 home runs and averaging seven runs per game. The pitching staff sports an impressive 2.20 ERA, second-best in the Big 12, with three saves and a .215 opponent average.

The Gents are 6-6 on the year and have not played since Thursday, when they posted an 11-3 win over Texas College. As a team, the Gents are hitting .256 with six home runs and 21 stolen bases while averaging 5.6 runs per contest. The Centenary pitchers have a 5.13 ERA and a .293 opponent average.

Aggie freshman Michael Wacha (2-0, 0.40) is scheduled to get the start and will face Centenary junior righty Justin Kraft (1-2, 3.86).
