COLLEGE STATION, Texas - No. 22 Texas A&M opens up a four-game road swing on Tuesday when the Aggies (17-6) head to San Marcos to battle Texas State (14-8) ... first pitch at Bobcat Stadium is set for 6:35 p.m. ... sophomore Ross Hales will see his first action of the year as he will get the starting nod on Tuesday ... Hales has not pitched yet this season while recovering from off-season surgery ... A&M is coming off a season-long 16-game homestand that ended with a series victory over Missouri this weekend at Olsen Field ... the Aggies are tied for third in the Big 12 with a 4-2 mark ... the Bobcats, meanwhile, have won nine of their last 11 games and are coming off a home sweep of Lamar ... Texas State sits tied for first in the Southland Conference standings ... Tuesday's game will mark the first for A&M on the TSU campus since 2000, as recent "away" games were played at Dell Diamond in Round Rock.
