COLLEGE STATION, Texas - Texas A&M plays host to Sam Houston State in a spring exhibition match Saturday at the Aggie volleyball practice gym at Reed Arena.

The match begins at 10:30 a.m., and five sets will be played regardless if a team wins three sets before the fifth set begins.

Admission is free. Parking also will be free in Lot 100g. Spectator entrance will be at the Reed Arena employee entrance on the east side of the building.

Chairs will be set up around the court, although seating will be limited. Fans are welcome to bring their own folding chairs.

Aggie head coach Laurie Corbelli welcomes back six letterwinners -- including two starters -- from last year's team that went 20-11, led the nation in both kills and assists per game and was No. 21 in the final AVCA poll after advancing to the NCAA regional semifinals.

SHSU ended its 2009 season 20-14 after being upset in the first round of the Southland Conference Championship tournament. A&M Consolidated High School graduate and junior-to-be Carli Kolbe started every match for the Bearkats and led the team with 3.66 kills per set for the season.

The match is the Aggies' last scheduled competition of the spring season.
