COLLEGE STATION, Texas - Texas A&M head coach Steve Denton invites Aggie Tennis fans to travel with and cheer on the ninth-ranked men's tennis team as they battle third-ranked Texas for the right to the State Farm Lone Star Showdown trophy on Wednesday, April 21 at 6 p.m. (CT) at the Penick-Allison Tennis Center in Austin, Texas.
The fan bus will leave the George P. Mitchell Tennis Center parking lot at 3:30 p.m. (CT) on Wednesday and return to College Station after the match. Those who are interested in making the bus trip should e-mail Texas A&M director of operations Kevin O'Shea at: koshea@athletics.tamu.edu.
The rescheduled rivalry match between the Aggies (20-4, 5-0) and Longhorns (21-2, 4-0) will decide the Big 12 Conference regular-season champion who will earn a No. 1 seed and first-round bye in the upcoming Big 12 Tennis Championship on April 29-May 2 in Austin.
