COLLEGE STATION, Texas - Texas A&M looks to build off a strong mid-week victory this weekend when the Aggies (21-14-1) host 17th-ranked Oklahoma (27-10) in Big 12 action at Olsen Field ... Friday's series opener will start at 6:35 p.m., while games are also scheduled for Saturday (2:05 p.m.) and Sunday (1:05 p.m.) afternoons ... A&M is 6-8-1 in Big 12 play and has lost its last five conference games ... the Aggies, who snapped a six-game losing skid with a 7-1 win over No. 23 Rice Tuesday, sit in sixth place in the standings but are just 1 1/2 games back of third-place Texas Tech ... OU, meanwhile, is 6-7 in the league and is in fourth ... the Sooners entered the week after dropping two of three to Tech in Lubbock, but rebounded with a win over TCU on Tuesday in Norman ... Friday's game will be televised regionally on COX Sports Television, while Sunday's finale will air nationally on FOX College Sports ... the weekend marks the second-to-last conference home series for the Aggies, who will not return to Big 12 play at Olsen until closing the regular season with K-State (May 21-23) ...
