Yesterday, the Houston community and Aggie nation lost a great man, Mr. Paul Wahlberg `50. Paul was a great friend to Aggie Athletics with a special interest in and connection to our golf program. Mr. Wahlberg is a 1985 A&M Hall of Honor inductee and served as the 'battery' for the Houston Golf Association for years. His constant workin raising money for underprivileged children truly became his life's mission.
The Texas A&M Traditions Golf Learning Center is named in honor of Mr. Wahlberg for his love and support of the Aggie golf programs.
He loved his alma mater, Texas A&M University, and every individual Aggie he ever came in contact with.The viewing will be Thursday from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at the
Forest Park Lawndale facility...and the funeral at 10:30am on Friday. Please try to be there to celebrate a great man.
He was loved by many during his life.
