Texas A&M swimmers earned four medals on the second day of the Canadian Summer National Championships on Thursday at the Saanich Commonwealth Place in Victoria, British Columbia.
The Aggies' medal haul was highlighted by 2010 senior Julia Wilkinson, who struck gold for the second straight day with a victory in the 50-meter backstroke in a time of 28.92. Also in the race, A&M sophomore-to-be Tess Simpson took third in 29.33 and incoming freshman Paige Miller was 11th in 30.16.
Senior-to-be Melanie Dodds took silver in the 400 IM in 4:45.97, while Wilkinson added to her medal total with a silver in the 100 free in 55.84.
