"We ended up defense on the goal line, offense on the goal line trying to bang it in," Texas A&M head coach Mike Sherman said. "Defense won the drill. They kept the offense out of the end zone and that was the objective."
              Â
"Overall, we did some good things today," Sherman added. "Jerrod (Johnson) made some great decisions as did (Ryan) Tannehill, we caught the ball well. We had some highs and lows like you have on many practices but at the end it was good competition."
              Â
Sherman announced after Wednesday's practice that running back Kalvin Guyton (Houston, TX) and defensive lineman K.J. Williams (Norman, OK) have been suspended from the football team for violating team rules.
