Tiara Pittman scored the team's lone goal with an assist from Shannon McFadden. Goalkeeper Meghan Berlingo tallies one shutout and has made 12 saves for a .923 save percentage. The Cougars have taken nine corner kicks and 24 shots in their first two matches. The team finished last season with a record of 14-6-2, advancing to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
