IRVING, Texas - The Texas A&M women's basketball team will play five regular season games on FSN as the Big 12 Conference announced its 2010-11 FSN telecast schedule Tuesday.
The Aggies are included as one of two non-conference games included in the package, while all other appearances showcase Big 12 matchups.
A&M's five dates on the FSN calendar start with California at Reed Arena on Dec. 4 at 11 a.m. Road contests at Missouri (Jan. 15) and Iowa State (Jan. 22) follow, both of which tip at 11 a.m. A Sunday, Jan. 30 game at home against Baylor starts at noon and a Sunday, Feb. 27 matchup at Texas will be broadcast at 2 p.m.
Seven Phillips 66 Big 12 Women's Basketball Championship matchups are included in the package. The postseason tournament quarterfinal games will be televised by FSN for the 10th consecutive year, in addition to the semifinals and final which have been aired by the network every year since the inception of the Conference in 1996-97. As part of the postseason championship's new format, quarterfinals will be played on Wednesday, March 9, followed by semifinals on Friday, March 11 and the final on Saturday, March 12.
