COLLEGE STATION, Texas - Texas A&M returns to Reed Arena Saturday to play host to the Texas Tech Red Raiders. First serve is slated for 6:30 p.m., and anyone wearing an Aggie Ring will be admitted free.
Tickets are $9 for reserved seats; $7 for adult general admission; and $4 for your general admission. Children under 2 are admitted free in general admission sections. Tickets can be purchased in advance at AggieAthletics.com or by calling the ticket office at 888-99-AGGIE. Gates open one hour prior to match time.

The Aggies, who have won the last six meetings against the Red Raiders, are 7-5 overall, including 1-1 in Big 12 Conference matches, and have won four of their last five matches. A&M has not played since it had a four-match winning streak snapped last Saturday after falling at Kansas, 3-2 (25-23, 18-25, 20-25, 25-22, 15-10) in A&M's first conference road match of the season.
Texas Tech is 2-10 overall and 0-3 in the Big 12 and looking to end a six-match losing skid. Most recently, the Red Raiders suffered a 25-18, 25-18, 25-27, 25-17 loss to Oklahoma on Wednesday in Norman.
Junior outside hitter Kelsey Black leads the Aggies and entered the week ranked 13th in the nation in aces (0.58) per set, 23rd in points (4.94) per set and 37th in kills (4.02) per set.
Texas Tech is led by junior middle blocker/outside hitter Amanda Dowdy, who is averaging 3.66 kills per set. Dowdy and Black were teammates on the 2009 USA Volleyball Junior National Team.
A&M is 50-29 all-time against Tech, including 21-7 in Big 12 matches only. A&M boasts a 24-8 record against the Red Raiders in matches played in College Station.
The Aggies have swept the season series eight times since Big 12 play begin in 1996, including each of the last three seasons. In addition to having won each of the last six meetings, A&M has won 16 consecutive sets against the Red Raiders.
Texas Tech's most recent win against the Aggies was a 30-25, 30-23, 30-27 victory on Nov. 18, 2006, at United Spirit Arena, completing Tech's first and only Big 12 season sweep against A&M.
Next week A&M makes its last Big 12 trip ever to Colorado as the Aggies take on the future Pac-10-member Buffaloes Wednesday in Boulder. First serve is 7:30 p.m. (CT) at the Coors Events Center.
