COLLEGE STATION, Texas - Texas A&M senior goalkeeper Kelly Dyer was named to the TopDrawerSoccer.com Women's Team of the Week on Monday.
From Germantown, Tenn., Dyer led the No. 10 Aggie soccer team to a pair of shutouts against Baylor and Texas Tech last weekend. She made eight saves in the two matches combined, tallied three straight clean sheets and four for the season, and has not allowed a goal in nearly 347 minutes of play.
Dyer was the only keeper listed on the 11-player team and marked the third time this season an A&M player was selected to the TopDrawerSoccer.com Team of the Week.
The award was the first career TopDrawerSoccer.com weekly honor for Dyer.
The TopDrawerSoccer.com Team of the Week is chosen after consulting match reports from all DI matches played in the preceding week.
