COLLEGE STATION, Texas - The Texas A&M softball team concludes its eight-game fall season on Tuesday with a 6 p.m. game against McLennan at the Aggie Softball Complex. Admission is free and is open to the public.
The Aggies are 6-1 this fall and come off of a 4-0 win against Blinn College last Thursday. Through its seven games this fall, A&M has racked up 46 runs and shutout four of its opponents.
The pitching staff has allowed just 14 runs and averaged more than eight strikeouts per game.
Following its eighth fall game, the Aggies begin the Maroon and White Series, a best-of-three intrasquad scrimmage, that is played Tuesday, Oct. 19, Wednesday, Oct. 20, and Thursday, Oct. 21 (if necessary). Each day play begins at 4 p.m.
