ABOUT THE WIN...
THEY REMEMBER NOVEMBER: It's the first time A&M has won three games in the month of November since they posted a perfect 4-0 month to close out the 2007 regular season and win the Big 12 South.
The Aggies have eight regular season wins for the first time since 2006 when they posted a 9-4 record.
The Aggies' 9-6 victory marked their fewest points in a victory since a 7-0 win against Rice in 1994.
The win increased the Aggies' win streak to five games, which is the longest since the 2004 Aggies won six straight.
The Aggies' current five-game Big 12 winning streak is the longest since the 1998 team reeled off seven straight on its way to the Big 12 Championship.
It's A&M's first win over an Associated Press top 10-ranked team since the Aggies beat top-ranked Oklahoma at Kyle Field on Nov. 9, 2002.
It's the first time that Texas A&M has ever beaten Nebraska two games in a row.
It's the first time that A&M has beaten two teams in the top 15 of the AP poll since 1998 when the Aggies beat No. 2 Nebraska, No. 13 Missouri and No. 3 Kansas State.
TOUCHES OF GRAY
Junior Cyrus Gray had a huge game both as a receiver and a rusher. His nine catches for 65 yards were both career highs and he rushed for 137 yards on 26 carries, matching his career high yards set last week at Baylor. His 202 tandem yards (rush/receiving) were career-high (previous high was 172 yards he gained against Texas Tech last year (131 rush, 41 receiving). Gray has 5 consecutive 100-yard games, the most by an Aggie since 1990 (Darren Lewis).
SWOPE MATCHES RECORD
Sophomore Ryan Swope tied the school record for catches in a season with four on the night...that gives him 65 on the year to tie Rod Bernstine's 24-year-old mark.
The Aggies improve to 8-0 on the year when having a 100-yard rusher.
The Aggies' 34-game streak of games with at least one passing TD ended in the 9-6 victory.
Texas A&M has a three-game win streak in November for the first time since 1997, when the Aggies went 4-0 and won the Big 12 South.
Senior All-American Von Miller totaled two sacks tonight to give him 30 in his career, jumping Marcus Buckley into fourth place all-time at A&M.
Junior Jeff Fuller extended his consecutive games with at least one catch to 31 games, which is a school record. Fuller has caught a ball in every game of his career.
Tonight's crowd of 90,079 was the largest in the history of Kyle Field.

As they have been all season, the game captains were seniors Von Miller. A&M won the toss and deferred their toss until the second half.
The 12th Man was sophomore DeAndre Thompson (Alief, Texas/Taylor). It was his ninth straight 12th Man starting assignment.
