IRVING, Texas - Twenty-three Texas A&M players plus head coach Mike Sherman received mention on the 2010 All-Big 12 Football Awards, the conference office announced. Selections were made by the league's head coaches, who were not allowed to vote for their own players.
Grabbing first-team honors were junior wide receiver Von Miller (DeSoto HS). Earning a spot on the coaches' second team were senior offensive center Matt Allen (Klein Collins HS) and junior cornerback Coryell Judie (Marlin HS/Fort Scott (Kan.) CC).
On the honorable mention list were: Von Miller, Defensive Player of the Year; Lucas Patterson, DL; Ryan Swope, WR; Ryan Tannehill, QB; Brian Thomas, OL; Garrick Williams, LB
