The Texas A&M women's swimming and diving team will open the 2011 portion of its schedule with a road swing through the Metroplex on Friday and Saturday.
The No. 8 Aggies (2-1 record) will face North Texas in Denton at 2 p.m. on Friday, and then swim a double dual against No.21 SMU and No. 2 Georgia at SMU's Perkins Natatorium at 12 noon on Saturday.
The Aggies are coming off a strong fall season that saw them tally dual meet victories over Houston and Rice, and post a team victory at the Georgia Tech Invitational. At the Georgia Tech Invitational, the Aggies set a pair of school records and posted over 80 NCAA "B" cut times while outdistancing the field by more than 700 points.
