GAME PREVIEW
The fifth-ranked Texas A&M women's basketball team (13-1, 1-0 Big 12) carries a seven-game winning streak to Stillwater, Okla., for its first Big 12 Conference road game of the season against Oklahoma State (12-2, 0-1 Big 12) on Wednesday, Jan. 12 at Gallagher-Iba Arena. The Aggies and the Cowgirls are set for a 7 p.m. (CT) tipoff. A&M opened league play on a high-note with a 28-point victory over Colorado on Jan. 8. The Aggies currently boast the top turnover margin (+11.7), the fourth-best assist-to-turnover ratio (1.35), the fifth-best scoring margin (+29.0) and the seventh-least turnovers per game (13.7) in the country. In addition, A&M has a 47.8 field goal percentage (8th) and averages 83.1 points per game (10th). SCOUTING OKLAHOMA STATE
Oklahoma State was held to its lowest point total of the season in a 63-45 loss in its Big 12 season opener Sunday at Kansas State. The Cowgirls started the year on an eight-game winning streak and finished their non-conference slate at 12-1. OSU holds its opponents to just 48.1 points per game, which ranks third-best in the nation. In addition, the team limits its competition to a 31.7 field goal percentage which ranks fourth in the country. Sophomore forward Toni Young leads Oklahoma State with 14.6 points and 8.1 rebounds per game and is the only player scoring in double figures. Six-foot-six freshman center Vicky McIntyre and freshman guard Tiffany Bias both average 9.9 points per game. McIntyre adds 5.6 rebounds, while Bias dishes out a team-high 4.7 assists per game. OSU is 10-1 at home this season, with its only home loss against No. 5 Duke on Dec. 12. Texas A&M will be the second ranked opponent the Cowgirls face this season.

PROBABLE STARTING LINEUPS
TEXAS A&M
No. Name (2010-11 Stats)
51 Tanisha Smith added 14 and No. 15 Texas A&M handed No. 17 Oklahoma State its fourth consecutive loss in a 69-52 rout on Feb. 17, 2010. Texas A&M never trailed and took control with a string of 12 straight points midway through the first half. Andrea Riley, the nation's third-leading scorer, was 0-for-10 from the field in the first half and didn't play in the second half. She had only two points to snap a string of 82 games with double figure scoring, which had been the second-longest in the country. Nothing went right for the Cowgirls, who shot only 37.5 percent and committed a season-high 23 turnovers while losing a third straight home game after starting the season 12-0 at Gallagher-Iba Arena. OSU even struggled at the line, making only 12 of 22 free throws. Toni Young had 16 points and nine rebounds to lead Oklahoma State. Adams added 13 points for the Aggies, who led by as many as 28 after White's jumper from the left baseline that made it 62-34 with 9:22 left. Riley, who was averaging 25.6 points, had scored 27 points in the second half to help OSU overcome a 14-point deficit in a win over the Aggies earlier this season but she didn't even step onto the court after being late coming out of the locker room at halftime. She had been ill leading up to the game. She had missed her first seven shots and Oklahoma State was 5-for-20 from the field by the time Texas A&M opened its 16-point lead in the first half. OSU got back within 30-22 but that was as close as it got.

UP NEXT
Up next, the Aggies continue a two-game, Big 12 road swing by traveling to Columbia, Mo., on Jan. 15 for an 11 a.m. matchup at Missouri that is televised nationally on FSN. It will mark the fourth time fans can watch A&M on television this season.

A HOT START
Texas A&M is off to one of the best starts in school history, winning 13 of its first 14 games. Gary Blair's Aggies have started the season at 13-1 for three straight season now. A win against Oklahoma State would make the 2010-11 team only the third ever to start the year 14-1 (2009-10 and 2008-09). The last two years the Aggies have amassed 14-1 records to begin the season.

ADAMS SELECTED WOODEN AWARD MIDSEASON TOP 20 CANDIDATE
Danielle Adams was one of 20 female student-athletes named to the John R. Wooden Award Midseason Top 20 list as announced by The Los Angeles Athletic Club on Tuesday. The Wooden Award All-American Team will be announced the week of the "Elite Eight" round during the NCAA Tournament, making it unique among college postseason awards. Created in 1976, the John R. Wooden Award is the most prestigious individual honor in college basketball. It is bestowed upon the nation's best player at an institution of higher education who has proven to his or her university that he or she is making progress toward graduation and maintaining a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.

SEVEN STRAIGHT
A&M suffered its only loss of the season, a three-point setback at then-No. 5 Duke on Dec. 6, 2010. Since then, the Aggies have won seven straight, their longest streak of the season, and forced their opponents to make an outstanding 27.1 turnovers per game. A&M is averaging 90.0 points in its last seven games, while outscoring its opponents by 35.4 points, and the team has held a +14.6 turnover margin.
