ORLANDO, FL - Texas A&M senior quarterback Jerrod Johnson will play in the East-West Shrine All-Star Game from the Citrus Bowl in Orlando, Florida. Kick is slated for 3 p.m. central Saturday, Jan. 22 and the game will be televised by the NFL Network.

Johnson (6-5, 245) earned four letters on the Aggie football team after playing his high school football at Humble High School. Johnson holds 24 Texas A&M school records including career total offense (8,888 yards), career passing yards (8,011), career completions (650) and career touchdown passes (67). Johnson also holds two Big 12 and A&M records for passes without an interception to open a season (225 in 2009) and an overall streak without an interception (242 pass attempts in 2008-09).
Johnson is scheduled to wear #1 and play for the West squad.
