COLLEGE STATION, Texas - The fifth-annual Beat the Hell Outta Breast Cancer game will be held on Saturday, Feb. 12 when the Texas A&M women's basketball team hosts Kansas at 7 p.m. (CT) at Reed Arena.

Texas A&M's goal for this year's BTHO Breast Cancer game, sponsored by the College Station Medical Center, is to raise $35,000 to benefit the Kay Yow Foundation in honor of the late North Carolina State head coach who passed away at the age of 66 on Jan. 24, 2009, after battling the disease and promoting breast cancer awareness since her initial diagnosis in 1987. In each of the past three seasons, A&M has raised over $30,000 for breast cancer.

The official 2011 BTHO Breast Cancer T-Shirt is on sale for $8 and comes with a free general admission ticket to the game on Feb. 12. The T-Shirts are on sale now until Feb. 11 at the Blocker Building, The Commons Lobby, the Academic Plaza, the Wehner Building, Koldus Plaza and at every home Aggie basketball game. T-shirts are courtesy of the College Station Medical Center, C.C. Creations and Bryan Broadcasting.

Immediately following the BTHO Breast Cancer game on Feb. 12, there will be a live jersey auction held in Reed Arena. Fans have several opportunities to register for the auction starting on Tuesday, Feb. 8 at the A&M women's basketball luncheon. Other opportunities to register will be at the Oklahoma game on Feb. 9 and at the BTHO Breast Cancer game on the 12th. All of the proceeds from the T-Shirt sales and the jersey auction benefit the Kay Yow Foundation.
