The Texas A&M men's swimming and diving team had a strong day in the pool as the Aggies solidified their hold on second place on Friday at the Big 12 Championships at the Jamail Texas Swimming Center in Austin.
 
Texas leads with 727 points, followed by the Aggies with 554 points and the Missouri Tigers with 468 points.
 
The Aggies opened the meet with a second place finish in the 400-yard medley relay. The foursome of Paul-Marc Schweitzer won the consolation heat in a NCAA “B” cut time of 3:54.32. In the 100 fly, freshman Paul-Marc Schweitzer, 9th, 3:54.32 (NCAA “B” cut)
