COLLEGE STATION, Texas - Junior Aggie Club (JAC) members can enjoy several Mother's Day-themed activities at the Aggie Softball Complex Sunday, May 8. Junior Aggie Club Day festivities will begin at 1 p.m., as the No. 22 Texas A&M softball team closes its two-game Big 12 series with No. 16 Oklahoma State.
JAC members in attendance will receive a free A&M t-shirt and will be able to make a Mother's Day card prior to first pitch. After the game, JAC members are invited to run the bases with Aggie softball players before joining the team in the players' lounge for snacks, autographed posters and a softball raffle.
Mothers of JAC members will also be honored at the game as they will receive a ticket to the game at the discounted price of $3 by printing off a Mother's Day voucher. Vouchers are available by request via email at junioraggieclub@athletics.tamu.edu. As a token of appreciation, JAC mothers will also receive a flower and be entered to win a day spa gift card.
Youth eighth grade and under who are not yet members of the JAC but would like to join should visit www.JuniorAggieClub.com. Those who join before May 8 will receive the special Mother's Day offer.
