Texas A&M senior Ryan Tannehill and Jeff Fuller were named to two more preseason "watch lists" for national college football awards.

Tannehill, from Big Spring, Texas, was named to the Davey O'Brien National Quarterback Award watch list, while Fuller, from McKinney, Texas, was named to the 40-player watch list for the Walter Camp Player of the Year award.

Tannehill was a record-setting wide receiver/backup quarterback for the first two years of his college career before winning the starting signal-caller job midway through his junior season in 2010. In his first career start Tannehill threw for a school record 449 yards against Texas Tech and went on to pass for 1,638 yards with 13 touchdowns while completing a school record 65.0 percent of his pass attempts. Tannehill won the first five starts of his career as the Aggies battled to their first share of the Big 12 South division crown since 1998. As a freshman and sophomore, Tannehill grabbed 101 receptions for 1,453 yards, which included a 12-catch, 210-yard receiving day against Kansas State in 2009.

A first-team All-Big 12 selection in 2010, Fuller became A&M's first-ever 1,000-yard receiver last season when he gained 1,066 yards on his 72 grabs, and he broke his own school record with 12 touchdowns. Fuller, who was a semifinalist for the Biletnikoff Award in 2010, pulled his name out of consideration for the 2011 NFL Draft to return to Texas A&M for his senior season, and he's within easy range of breaking Terrence Murphy's school record for career catches (172) and receiving yards (2,600). Fuller already holds the A&M career record for touchdown catches with 28. He enters 2011 with 163 catches for 2,264 yards.
