After a top five finish at the Mason Rudolph Fall Preview, the Texas A&M women's golf team climbed No. 10 in the Golfstat national rankings.

COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS - After a top five finish at the Mason Rudolph Fall Preview, the Texas A&M women's golf team climbed No. 10 in the Golfstat national rankings.

The Aggies finished with the best round (290) in the final day of the Fall Preview to finish in fifth place in the event that featured the top 18 teams in the country.

UCLA topped the rankings followed by Virginia, Arizona State, Oklahoma State and North Carolina. Auburn, Southern California, Alabama and LSU preceded A&M at No. 10.

Texas A&M also jumped to No. 13 in the Golfweek/Sagarin Rankings.

The Aggies have competed in two of four fall events and next travel to the Susie Maxwell Berning Classic in Norman, Okla., Oct. 16-18. They close out fall competition with the Alamo Invitational in San Antonio Oct. 30-Nov. 1.
