
Peck, Russell in Contention in El Paso

EL PASO--Texas A&M's Jordan Russell and Cameron Peck are tied for sixth place after two rounds of the 2011 Western Refining College All-America Golf Classic at El Paso Country Club.
Russell (College Station) and Peck (Olympia, Wash.) carded identical rounds of 68-73 to sit at 1-under 141 with 18 holes to play. They trail the leader, Texas' Dylan Frittelli (-6), by five strokes.
The pair are participating in one of the country's premier amateur events along with over two dozen of the nation's top collegiate golfers.
The third and final round is set for Tuesday. Peck will tee off at 8:10 a.m. (MT) from Hole No. 1, while Russell will tee off at 8:30 a.m. (MT) from the first hole. Live scoring is available on golfstat.com.
