VICTORIA, B.C., Canada - Texas A&M senior diver Janie Potvin grabbed
a pair of fifth-place finishes at the 2012 Canadian Winter National
Championships and World Cup Trials Dec. 15-18 at Saanich Commonwealth
Place.
Potvin, from Broussard, Quebec, took fifth in the platform dive with a score of 306.90 and in the three-meter springboard dive with a 293.10 point total.

Also competing at the event was former A&M standout Eric Sehn, who tallied a pair of gold medals. Sehn, from Edmonton, Alberta, outclassed the field in the platform dive to post a 50-point victory with a score of 519.50. Sehn also teamed with Kevin Geyson to win the platform synchro event with a score of 391.89.
