IRVINE, Calif. --- Texas A&M junior Sarah Henry posted a runner-up finish in the 800-meter freestyle at the U.S. Open Championships on Tuesday.
Henry, from Garner, N.C., turned in a life-time best time of 8:26.39 while finishing just behind Gillian Ryan of North Baltimore Aquatic Club (8:25.57). Taking the bronze medal was Haley Anderson of the Trojan Swim Club in 8:29.71.
