COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Saturday's game between the No. 13 Texas A&M softball team and No. 15 Missouri, originally scheduled for 4 p.m., has been changed to a 1 p.m. first pitch due to inclement weather predicted later in the day. Texas A&M and Missouri open Southeastern Conference play this weekend with a three-game SEC series at the Aggie Softball Complex.
Currently slated for a single game, the contest could become a 1 p.m. doubleheader if Sunday's game, scheduled for a noon start, looks like it could also be rained out. That decision will be made prior to first pitch Saturday.
Tonight's game is still set for a 7 p.m. first pitch, and a fireworks display in centerfield will celebrate the Aggies' Southeastern Conference opener after the game.
