PALM CITY, Fla. — The Texas A&M men's golf team will compete Monday and Tuesday at the Valspar Invitational at Floridian, hosted by the University of Arkansas and University of Houston.
The par-71, 7,114-yard course at the Floridian Golf Club will the site of two rounds on Monday before the event concludes with a final 18 holes Tuesday.
The strong 15-team field features 13 schools currently ranked in the top 43 of the most recent GolfStat team rankings, including Texas A&M which is ranked No. 11 by Golfweek/Sagarin and No. 21 by GolfStat.
The Aggie line-up at the tournament features senior Johannes Veerman, junior Greg Yates and sophomores Ben Crancer, Adrià Arnaus and Andrew Lister.
The tournament will tee off Monday morning at 8 a.m. (CT) with the Aggies stepping to the tee box alongside golfers from Illinois and Florida State. Live scoring for the event will be available at GolfStat.com.
