No. 5 Women Look For Ninth Straight Win; Take Home DFW Natives Sunday At TCU

Four Texas A&M women's basketball players are returning to their home area of Dallas-Fort Worth, as the No. 5 Aggies begin a two-game Metroplex swing with TCU on Sunday, December 7 at 1 p.m. on Fox Sports Net. The Aggies are looking to improve to 9-0 for only the second time in school history.

Four Texas A&M women's basketball players are returning to their home area of Dallas-Fort Worth, as the No. 5 Aggies begin a two-game Metroplex swing with TCU on Sunday, December 7 at 1 p.m. on Fox Sports Net. The Aggies are looking to improve to 9-0 for only the second time in school history.

The game is broadcast on Fox Sports Southwest, with Bob Licht and San Antonio Stars head coach Dan Hughes on the call. In addition to Fox Sports Southwest, which serves Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana and Oklahoma, the game is available live on Fox Sports Arizona, Detroit, Ohio, South, West, Wisconsin, MSG Plus and ROOT Pittsburgh. It is also available to authenticated users on the Fox Sports GO app for mobile phones and tablets, and online at FoxSportsGO.com.

Gabe Bock and Steve Miller have the radio call on WTAW 1620 AM. That feed is also available on the RadioAggieland app, or at 12thMan.com.

Four Aggies—Allison Chu (Plano), Chelsea Jennings (Ft. Worth), Jordan Jones (DeSoto) and Jada Terry (Cedar Hill)—are from the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In addition, Texas A&M head coach Gary Blair (Dallas) and Director of Player Development/Assistant Video Coordinator Kristen Grant (Arlington) are from the area.

The Aggies are coming off of a 75-42 win over Northwestern State on Dec. 3, and have beaten two ranked teams on the way to an 8-0 start to the season. The Horned Frogs are 4-2, coming off a win against Missouri State in their last outing.

The Aggies have won their last four games in the DFW Metroplex, including wins against Georgia and Baylor in the 2011 NCAA Tournament at the American Airlines Center. The Aggies beat North Texas 67-48 last season in Denton.

Tickets for this game, hosted in TCU's University Recreation Center, are expected to be limited. No advance sales are available, per TCU ticket policy. Tickets are available at the door on a first-come, first-served basis at the door on Sunday, starting an hour prior to tip.

After this game, the Aggies stay in the Metroplex to take on SMU on Dec. 9 at 7 p.m. inside Moody Coliseum. A&M returns to Reed Arena on Dec. 13 to face Houston at 1:30 p.m.
