A&M Hosts 2015 Aggie Leadoff on February 7

Texas A&M Baseball, in conjunction with the Brazos County A&M Club, will unofficially commence the 2015 campaign with the Third Annual Aggie Leadoff on Saturday, Feb. 7, at Olsen Park Pavilion.

COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Texas A&M Baseball, in conjunction with the Brazos County A&M Club, will unofficially commence the 2015 campaign with the Third Annual Aggie Leadoff on Saturday, Feb. 7, at Olsen Park Pavilion.

The 2015 Aggie Leadoff is slated to start at 10 am. Chef Tai will be providing hamburgers, hot dogs and gourmet fries.

There will be a Bounce House open for children 8-and-under, 2015 Aggie Baseball schedule posters will be available and Coach Childress and players will be available for a meet-and-greet between 11:15 am-12:15 pm. As a part of the Vs. Cancer Foundation, players and coaches will be shaving their heads in support of cancer research.

The Vs. Cancer Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to saving kids' lives by empowering athletes and communities to fund lifesaving childhood cancer efforts. Donations will be accepted at the event.

The Aggies are slated to play an intrasquad scrimmage at 1:05 pm. The scrimmage is free and open to the public. Tickets will only need to be purchased for those who plan to eat at the Aggie Leadoff.

Tickets for the event will be $20 for adults and $10 for children 12-and-under. Tickets can be purchased in advance at BCAMC.org. Tickets purchased day-of will be based on availability. Free parking will be provided in Lot 100j.
