AUSTIN -- The No. 4-ranked Texas A&M women's swimming and diving team will compete against some of the world's top swimmers at the Arena Pro Swim Series in Austin Thursday through Saturday at the Lee & Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center on the campus of the University of Texas.
The prelims/finals meet is sanctioned by USA Swimming and hosted by Longhorn Aquatics. It will be a change of pace for the Aggies who are coming off an impressive trio of collegiate dual meet victories last week over No. 11 Tennessee, Alabama and SMU.
The Aggies' impressive performance against the Lady Volunteers, Crimson Tide and Mustangs produced three Southeastern Conference weekly honors with senior Sarah Henry earning Swimmer of the Week honors, sophomore Maddie Hudkins earning Diver of the Week honors and Beryl Gastaldello winning Freshman of the Week honors.
Prelims start at 9 a.m. and finals begin at 6 p.m. each day. Live results can be accessed at http://www.txlameetresults.com, and ticket information can be found at usaswimming.com.
