CARLSBAD, Calif.- Texas A&M sophomore Marijosse Navarro shot a 77 in her second round at the Kia Classic, finishing the tournament with a 74-77=155 (+7).
Navarro kicked off her day with a birdie, and shot an even-par 36 on the front nine. She hit eight of 14 fairways and 10 of 18 greens in regulation. Over the two days on the Aviara Golf Course, she shot a combined 2-under on the front nine of the par 72 / 6,593 yard course. The cut was at -1, eight shots ahead of Navarro.
The Aggies return to action on Friday, April 3 at the Rebel Intercollegiate in Oxford, Miss.
