COLLEGE STATION, Texas -Â The Texas A&M baseball team will hold walk-on tryouts this September for students looking to compete for a spot on the Aggie roster. Any students with plans to try out must attend a mandatory 5 pm meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 9, at Blue Bell Park. The tryouts are scheduled for Wednesday, September 16 at 5 pm.

In order to participate, students need to have proof of a sports physical that has been completed in the past six months as well as results from a sickle cell blood test. Both tests can be performed at the University Health Center or by a family doctor. Students are required to have their doctor fill out the attached form and bring it, along with blood test results, to the walk-on try out meeting on Sept. 9.
