TULSA, Oklahoma – Senior Shane Vinsant of the Texas A&M men's tennis team fell to No. 14 Ronnie Schneider of North Carolina in the ITA All-American Main Draw Round of 16 held Saturday afternoon at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Vinsant was the only Aggie remaining in the field at college tennis' premier event of the fall in Tulsa. The Keller, Texas native battled back from dropping the first set to Schneider, 6-3, to win set number two in a tiebreaker and force a winner-take-all third set. Schneider picked up an early break and defeat No. 35 Vinsant 6-2 and advance to the quarterfinals.
