COLLEGE STATION--Texas A&M women's basketball takes on Southern inside Reed Arena on Sunday, November 15 at 4 p.m. for Military Appreciation Day, as the No. 13 Aggies look to go 2-0 on the season.
The game is broadcast on SEC Network Plus, with Mike Wright and Tap Bentz, on the call. Authenticated users can access the game via WatchESPN on their computers, tablets and mobile phones.
Additionally, Gabe Bock and Bret Dark bring listeners the action on The Zone 1150 AM / 102.7 FM, which is available locally in Bryan-College Station, or listen in online at 12thman.com/showcase.
In honor of Veterans' Day earlier this week, this is Military Appreciation Day at A&M women's basketball. Active and retired military member receive free admission to Sunday's game. In addition, their families can buy tickets at the discounted price of $3.
In addition, Aggie Athletes Involved (AAI) will host its annual Coat Drive, benefitting the local Twin City Mission in Bryan. Any person bringing a new or used coat, blanket or sweater will receive a game ticket for free admission to the game. AAI will have locations set up at Reed Arena at the north, east and main entrances.
A&M rolled to an 87-50 win over Texas State on Friday, with four Aggies scoring in double figures. Khaalia Hillsman led the way with 17 points, and Danni Williams chipped in 14 in her first game, the most by an A&M freshman in her debut since 2004.
Southern defeated Spring Hill College 65-46 on Friday, as three players each scored 12 points to co-lead the Jaguars. The Baton Rouge, La.-based team went 19-12 last season, and was the regular season runner-up in the Southwestern Athletic Conference.
After this game, the Aggies head to Durham, N.C. to take on No. 14 Duke in a marquee non-conference matchup, broadcast on ESPN3. A&M returns home on Nov. 21 to host TCU with a new tip time of 12:30 p.m.
