Saturday's Texas A&M-Baylor contest will stand out as the first home matchup between ranked teams for non-conference game in A&M program history as well as the first overall meeting between ranked teams at Reed Arena since Jan. 31, 2011, when the Aggies hosted third-ranked Texas.

Texas A&M enters the contest holding the No. 24 spot in both the Associated Press Top 25 and USA Today Coaches Poll while the Bears are ranked No. 16 by the AP and No. 14 by in the coaches' poll. The Aggies are seeking their third victory over a Big 12 foe this season, having already earned wins over Texas and Kansas State.

The Conference Challenge Packs allow fans to attend a trio of Aggie men's basketball games during the season by choosing one SEC match-up (excluding the Kentucky game), one contest against a Big 12 foe (Dec. 12 vs Kansas State, Dec. 19 vs. Baylor or Jan. 30 vs. Iowa State) as well as one other non-conference game at Reed Arena.
