
Aggie Football hosts Texas A&M Pro Day presented by Opportune

COLLEGE STATION, Texas --- More than a dozen Aggie football players will show off their skills for the NFL at the annual Texas A&M Pro Day presented by Opportune on Wednesday. The Pro Day is closed to the public.
Scouts and coaches from every NFL team are expected to be in attendance to interview, time, measure and observe Texas A&M's 2014 seniors along with junior running back Trey Williams, who declared early for the NFL Draft. Expected to participate in Pro Day include:

Before heading to the McFerrin Athletic Center for physical testing and workouts, the Aggies will be measured for height, weight, arm length and hand size and will participate in the bench press lift for repetitions of 225 pounds at the Davis Player Development Center. Once in the McFerrin Center, the Aggies will be tested in the vertical jump, broad jump, 40-yard dash, 5-10-5 shuttle, the L or 3-cone shuttle and the long shuttle, as well as position workouts.
Several Aggies have already tested for the NFL scouts and coaches at the NFL Combine, which was conducted Feb. 17-23 at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Ind. Seeing action in Indianapolis were Clear, Harrison, Lambo, Ogbuehi and Williams.
The 2014 seniors finished their Texas A&M careers as one of the most successful graduating classes in school history with a 35-17 record and four bowl appearances. The Class of 2014 became the first group of seniors to win four bowl games during their careers with victories in the 2011 Texas Bowl (vs. Northwestern), 2013 Cotton Bowl (vs. Oklahoma), 2013 Chick-fil-A Bowl (vs. Duke) and the 2014 Liberty Bowl (vs. West Virginia).
With the exception of the specialists, all the 2015 Pro Day participants started at least two games in their career with Ogbuehi leading the way with 43 starts, followed by Harrison (39) and Everett (35). Also included in the group are last year's No. 2 rusher and all-purpose yardage producer (Williams with 560 rushing and 1,086 all-purpose), leading receiver (Kennedy with 53 catches), scorer (Lambo with 98 points) and No. 2 tackler (Everett with 79 tackles).
