Aggies Climb to No. 3 in ITA Rankings

COLLEGE STATION, Texas – The Texas A&M men's tennis team climbed one place to third in the Oracle/ITA Collegiate Tennis Rankings announced Wednesday morning. The Aggies (4-0) are set to face No. 4 Baylor (5-0) at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Hawkins Indoor Tennis Center in Waco.
 
Following Wednesday's Battle of the Brazos, the Aggies will host a pair of double headers at the Mitchell Tennis Center this weekend. The action begins Friday at noon as the maroon and white will take on UTRGV, followed by a 6 p.m. match up against No. 28 Florida State. Sunday the Aggies face No. 13 South Florida at noon before concluding the four-match home stand against St. Edward's at 4:30 p.m.
 
Texas A&M is the highest ranked team in the SEC, with No. 11 Georgia, No. 20 Ole Miss and No. 22 Florida also ranked in the top-25. The maroon and white are set to face eight teams currently ranked in the top-25.
