COLLEGE STATION – Fans are invited to meet the 2016 Texas A&M softball team Feb. 10 as the Aggies open their practice to the public and host a free, fan friendly event at the Aggie Softball Complex at 4:30 p.m.

Following the practice, fans in eighth grade and younger are invited to bring their glove to participate in drills with the student-athletes. The first 200 fans will receive a Texas A&M softball schedule stadium cushion, pizza roll giveaway and popcorn.

Head coach Jo Evans will be mic'd up to explain the drills, talk about the team and introduce the freshmen to the crowd.

The Aggies will be available to sign autographs and cards will be provided to the first 300 in attendance. Fans will also have the opportunity to take photos in the dugout.
