COLLEGE STATION, Texas – The Texas A&M baseball team will host the fourth installment of Aggieland Idol on Thursday, February 11 in the Cox Diamond Club at Blue Bell Park. Contestants will audition for an opportunity to sing "The Star-Spangled Banner" before an Aggie baseball game this spring.

The auditioners will perform in front of national recording artist Rich O'Toole and other celebrity judges.

The event, which is open to all students and Aggie fans, will take place from 6-8 pm with a 5:30 pm registration time. Everyone is welcome to come and listen to the auditions as a member of the audience.

The Aggies open the 2016 campaign on Friday, February 19 when they host the Hofstra Pride in a three-game series on Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park.
