COLLEGE STATION – Texas A&M seniors Hannah Jechow, Ashley Dotson and Logan Pluhar were named National Collegiate Equestrian Association All-Americans, the NCEA announced Thursday.

Jechow was named to the Reining First Team, while Dotson and Pluhar were named to the Reining Second Team.

Jechow finished the year with an 11-4 record with four MOPs to lead the A&M Reining squad to a 12-3 mark. Jechow went 4-2 in SEC action during the regular season and went 1-1 at the SEC Championships. The Uvalde, Texas native opened the season on a six-meet win streak and scored a 69.6 on average.

Dotson claims a 10-4-1 mark with three MOP honors and compiled a 5-1 record in SEC meets. Dotson earned her first MOP against New Mexico State, defeating Kimmy Ferrante, 71.5-70.5, before being named MOP against Kansas State on November 20. The Reno, Nev., native earned her third MOP honor against Georgia, with a 73.5-70.5 victory over Claudia Spreng.

Pluhar holds an 11-3-1 record with three MOPs. Pluhar was named MOP against South Carolina on October 29, scoring a 71.5, and earned back-to-back MOP awards at South Carolina (Feb. 20) and against Oklahoma State (Feb. 27). Pluhar went 2-0 at the SEC Championships, defeating Georgia's Lindsey Cheek and South Carolina's Madison Thiel. During SEC play, the Canyon, Texas native went 4-1-1.

The top-four riders per discipline were selected and named First-Team All-America by the NCEA Selection Committee. The next four riders per discipline were named Second-Team All-America, while Honorable Mention All-Americans were selected via the established criteria below. There shall be no limit on how many riders receive this award, provided they meet the following criteria:

Must have a 67 percent or higher winning percentage, excluding ties
Compete in a minimum of five competitions in the NCEA format
Have at least an adjusted NRS score of:
85 for flat
90 for fences
77 for reining
80 for horsemanship

The Aggies return to action April 14 for their first round matchup against Fresno State at the NCEA Championships in Waco, Texas.
